How do I register for the Royal Show?
You register on-line for FREE. Click here for the registration form. On completing your registration form, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please print this and bring it to the show with your passport. Visitors arriving at show without passports or formal national ID cards will have to pay the full entry price (no refunds).
How do I book accommodation?
Contact one of the local Tourist Information Offices. They provide a FREE accommodation booking service for all budgets. Click here for their details.

How do I set up meetings with exhibitors?

Can you help with invitation letters for international visitors?
Unfortunately we are unable to send out invitation letters. Your registration e-mail confirmation should support your visa application. Please apply for visas in good time to avoid disappointment.
Is there any assistance at the show for international visitors and exhibitors?
Yes. There is a dedicated team who speak several languages to help international visitors and exhibitors at the Royal Show. Visit the International Pavilion on the Concourse at the Royal Show for information and a friendly welcome. All international visitors will be provided with a FREE map and guide on arrival at the Show.
Where can I find out more about exhibiting?
We welcome exhibits from international organisations in agriculturally related sectors: agriculture and produce, agri-science and technology, research and practical application, education, international culture and tourism. When you have submitted your registration form on-line, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your registration. IMPORTANT: Please print this e-mail confirmation and bring it to the Royal Show with your non-UK passport. Visitors who do not have a valid non-UK passport with them will have to pay the full ticket price at the show entrance.
